Who We Are
The original co-founder of House of Wrestling is leading a team of world class coaches from countries such as Iran, Canada, Mongolia, Hungary, Uzbekistan and Australia to grow a diverse community of experienced and aspiring wrestlers.

Our mission is to grow the sport of wrestling in Australia by making wrestling simple and safe to learn for those who have the courage to step up and come onto the mat.

The Wrestling Room offers structured and progressive programs focused on injury prevention, movement proficiency and technical excellence.
HOW WE DO IT
We recruit first class coaches, build a community of safe and quality training partners and specialise in customisation for individual members with specific needs or injuries or in-house programs for clubs and community groups. Programs include: Wrestle4Fun, Wrestle4Women, Wrestle4MMA, Wrestle4Rugby and Wrestle4Life.
